Prenatal visits throughout your pregnancy. We will design a holistic plan of care to meet your needs throughout pregnancy.
1st appointment – 28 weeks are monthly appointments
28 weeks – 36: weeks are bi-monthly appointments
36 weeks to birth of your baby: weekly appointments
Birth
Home Birth is special to us and we think you will feel the same way!
If your looking for an alternative to home birth, we have great birth center options for you depending on where you live.
Newborn
Midwife Jolene is trained in neonatal care from birth to 6 weeks old. She will meet with you and your baby for individualized care, support, and education.
Postpartum
Personalized one on one care from Midwife Jolene to help you adjust to your new role as a Mom.
Childbirth Education
Education empowers! Learn all there is to know about Holistic, Safe, Natural Birth! We will help you and your partner learn how to work together and be prepared for the big event.
Each practitioner commits to techniques within their skills and scope of practice. Results are individual. The practitioners on this list have agreed not to force a baby into position unless they are a doctor or midwife trained in external cephalic version (ECV). Spinning Babies® does not assume risk. Plan a course of care with your provider and practitioner that’s right for you.
Doula
Doulas protect your birth plan, they support you and Dad during your labor. No matter where you have your baby, a doula can provide you with the support you need.

“There’s nothing like giving birth at home and I’m so grateful Jolene is out here in the Mabank area giving us that opportunity. I’ve given birth at a birth center and home takes the cake 1000 times over. She does individualized care and really honors your wishes all the while making sure it’s safe and responsible. When it came time for the baby to be born and all the postpartum care, Jolene was incredibly fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable. There were a couple of situations that needed immediate attention (normal birthing situations) but she didn’t make anyone panic and attended to the problem swiftly. After my baby was born, the dust settled, and everyone went home, I ended up passing out overnight going to the restroom. Jolene rushed back over and remedied the situation and even stayed the night on our couch to make sure I would be okay. Excellent care and I highly recommend Midwife Jolene for your home birth experience.”
